How do I figure out how large of a space I need?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our Space Calculator Chart and the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products?
Yes. We offer a wide variety of boxes, packing supplies and disc locks in our business office.

Do you have moving carts available?
Yes. We maintain an inventory of “push carts” that may be used free of charge. Carts are stored inside the facility at each entrance hallway.

Do you have video cameras?
Western Branch Storage use video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.

Can anyone drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
Our facility is equipped with an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

What is climate control?
We offer both climate and non-climate controlled units at our facility. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.

What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour access.

What is the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within the property and will require you to go inside to access your unit.

What kind of security do you have?
Western Branch Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gates with coded access, monitored video surveillance, and fenced well-lit facility. We also recommend a disc lock to ensure the highest level of security. Locks are available for purchase in our leasing office.

What are the payment terms?
Our leases are month-to-month, however you may choose to pre-pay for a longer term and receive a discount off of your monthly rent payments. We also offer Auto-Pay. We can automatically charge your MasterCard, Visa or American Express each month. You may also pay online in the “My Account” section here at WesternBranchStorage.com.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Can I pay my bills online?
Yes. Paying your bill online is available through the account login. Current customers must call the office to obtain a password and login if they did not receive one at lease signing.
